The Spokane Regional Opioid Response Task Force is seeking proposals for graphic design services to assist with the promotion of their upcoming community event, A Community Connected, Addressing the Opioid Crisis Together. Specifically, the task force is seeking professional, clean, and compelling layout and final artwork for print and digital collateral in multiple formats including print and web. Bidders must be able to work within a compressed timeline.

The purpose of the Task Force is to reduce and prevent opioid dependency, deaths, and physical and community health-related consequences through the development of a community-wide, progressive response that engages multiple public and private entities and utilize evidence-based practices and evaluation.

March 8, 2019: Proposals due
March 11, 2019: Review team prioritize proposals
March 13, 2019: Interviews
March 14, 2019: Finalist selected and notified

Design work must be completed and ready for publication by April 1st, including time built in for collaborative review and input from task force representative(s).

Proposals shall include the following information:

  • Cover letter (limited to two pages) with a brief description of qualifications and experience, two client references, your pricing structure/rates and your contact information.
  • Please include either a link to your portfolio or three examples of prior work that is ideally relevant or has a feel for this kind of event.

Proposals are to be emailed to no later than 5:00 pm on March 8th.

Proposals will be evaluated on a combination of experience, work quality, cost, and ability to meet the project deadline. Potential bidders may be asked to meet with the proposal review team as part of the selection process.
